Return & Exchange Policy
On-Spot Return
Oraville offers an on-spot return facility at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your perfume upon receiving it, you may immediately return the product to the delivery personnel, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Complaint & Exchange Policy
Oraville provides a 7-day complaint window from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing or material defects under normal usage conditions.
This policy does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Wear and tear
- Improper storage of perfume
- Unauthorized alterations
All complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Upon inspection and approval, eligible items may be repaired or exchanged as deemed appropriate by Oraville.
